Founded in 1895, Aultmore distillery is located near Keith in the Speyside region. Matured in Manzanilla hogsheads since 2022, this 15 year old whisky begins with notes of nectarines, orange liqueur and macaroon on the nose. This follows through to notes of stroopwafel and ginger on the palate, finishing up with notes of smoked paprika and syrup.
