This second batch of homegrown barley whiskey was limited to just 2,000 bottles. Aged entirely in First Fill Ex-Rioja Casks, this homegrown barley whiskey was distilled from barley grown on our land, matured in a traditional farm shed right beside Tipperary's farmhouse and bottled at 50 % abv.
