Fiery peat kicks things off, naturally. But then comes a sweetness – burnt marshmallows, charred pineapple,
banana and… bacon? We warned you this was carnage.

THE FULL-ON FLAVOUR

You’re in the thick of it now. A briny, oily, intense smoke hits hard but medics are on the scene quickly with
a spoonful of honey and lemon.

THE FINALE

And when the dust settles, the smoky dying embers of toasted oak is all that remains. Along with just a hint of a fruity aftermath.
